Our Story

We began over 10 years ago, and our launch pad was Colorado, though we cover regulated cannabis states across the US! RCC was on the ground working with state and local regulators to create regulations and industry safeguards to ensure safe access to cannabis, both in the medical arena and adult use arena. We bring experience in regulatory adherence, application processing, and build out and processes of getting physical walls operational.

In addition, we bring the experience of maintaining compliant operations, operational needs and support, as well as experience in multiple areas of cannabis business including inventory, inspections, and full support in maintaining requirements of federal, state, and local jurisdictions to ensure a stable foundation in creating regulatory relationships and avoiding fines and license suspensions and revocations.

Within this experience lies training and support for your staff and team members, including training packages, required responsible vendor training, and presentations for management teams. Having the ability to provide training and knowledge to your teams allows peace of mind in knowing that they’re armed with the ability to ensure that an industry that can be so filled with risks is risk free when it comes to adhering to the rules and regulations that govern the cannabis industry across the country!
